Jun took us on the motorcycle buggies, meant for 2 Filipinos (definitely not 2 Americans or even 1 American and 1 Filipino). It was hilarious! Super bumpy ride, but so much fun. We walked to the motorcycle stop, and the kids followed us (of course, they always run after the van in the morning when we arrive). At the stop, there was a lot of mucky muddy dirty stuff and I went to walk right through it... All the kids (and adults) lunged towards me to keep me from walking in the muck. I looked at them like I hadn't been shoveling dirt next to a septic pit full of dirty water and garbage, and stepped over the muck puddle to get into the buggy.
The Jeepney was fun too... Again we were too big for it! The upholstery was so nice though, totally beats a daladala in Tanzania! And they are so fun with the decorations!
